Japanese Foreign Service Officers, in formal wear of top hats and tails, lead funeral procession for Akagi Chikayuki, Japanese Special Deputy Conmissioner of Police Section, Shanghai Municipal Police, who was shot to death.The procession includes a Japanese military officer; bugler and fife player; contingent of Shanghai Municipal Police; a Police Band; and family of the deceased. Hearse stops in front of Hankow Bank, where Japanese military pall bearers remove and carry coffin into a building across the street.They are followed by Shinto priests and monks. Location: Shanghai China. Date: June 1941.
